Terms of Service

By using Payxn ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. These terms apply to all users — merchants who create payment links and payers who use them.

Payxn provides shareable payment links that allow anyone with a cryptocurrency wallet to send payment to a merchant. The Service uses Jupiter Aggregator to swap incoming tokens to USDC mid-transaction. Payxn does not custody funds at any point — payments go directly between payer and merchant wallets on the Solana blockchain.

Payxn charges a 1% platform fee on each transaction. This fee is deducted from the payment amount before it reaches the merchant's wallet. Jupiter swap fees and Solana network fees apply in addition and are borne by the payer.

There are no monthly fees, subscription fees, or setup costs.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must have the legal right to use the wallet you connect.
• You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your use of the Service, including tax obligations on received payments.
• The Service is not available in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency payments are prohibited.

You may not use Payxn to:

• Process payments for illegal goods or services.
• Launder money or evade sanctions.
• Impersonate another person or entity through your username or display name.
• Conduct or facilitate fraud, scams, or phishing.
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without notice.

Usernames are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Payxn reserves the right to reclaim usernames that impersonate brands, public figures, or violate these terms. Inactive accounts (no transactions in 12 months) may have their usernames reclaimed with 30 days notice.

Payxn is non-custodial — we never hold your funds. All transactions are on-chain and irreversible. Once a payment is confirmed on Solana, it cannot be reversed by Payxn. Disputes must be resolved directly between payer and merchant.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, transaction success, or swap rates. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to network conditions, smart contract risks, and price volatility. Use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payxn's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Payxn in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost funds resulting from user error, network failures, or smart contract exploits.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the Service with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
